3. How We Use Your Information

• Distribute your music to digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon Music.
• Register works with publishing administrators and performance rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA, PPL, etc.).
• Process royalty payments, invoices, and provide financial statements.
• Comply with copyright and licensing regulations worldwide.
• Provide customer support and enhance user experience.
• Secure our platform and improve services through analytics.

4. Business Terms & Royalty Policy

In addition to privacy practices, Big Masterz Hub applies the following business rules to all client agreements:

• Royalty Collection: We collect 100% of royalties worldwide on your behalf. Clients retain 80% of all royalties, while Big Masterz Hub retains 20% as service fees.
• Initial Agreement: All contracts are signed for a mandatory three (3) year period at the start of our partnership.
• Renewals: After the initial three years, agreements renew on a year-to-year basis, unless terminated according to these terms.
• Termination: Termination may only be requested with a 12-month written notice. During this period, distribution, royalty collection, and reporting continue as agreed.
• Continuity: If no termination notice is received at the three-year mark, the agreement automatically renews annually until notice is given.

These terms are binding and ensure fairness, transparency, and sustainability for both artists and Big Masterz Hub.

5. Data Sharing & Transfers

We share limited data only with trusted third parties, including:

• Digital Service Providers: To distribute and monetize your music.
• Collection Societies & PROs: To manage royalty registrations and collections.
• Payment Processors: To issue royalties and handle tax compliance.
• Legal Authorities: When required by court order, law, or regulation.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

6. Data Retention & Security

Your information is retained for as long as your account is active or required by law. After account closure, data may be archived for compliance purposes, then securely deleted. We use encryption, firewalls, secure servers, and multi-factor authentication to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we recommend safeguarding your login credentials.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
