All artwork below must be supplied. Submissions without full key art cannot be reviewed.

File Rules

  • JPG/PNG, RGB, no borders or watermarks
  • No letterbox bars baked into the image
  • Clean, readable text; avoid cluttered credit blocks

Also include: trailer (1080p H.264, 30–120s), 3–10 stills (≥1920×1080), and an optional EPK (PDF/ZIP).

2) Review

Editorial & technical checks (typically 7–10 business days). If a fit, we proceed to delivery prep.

3) Delivery & Pitch

Submission Fee — USD 199

The submission fee covers professional evaluation, asset onboarding/QC, metadata preparation, and pitching. The fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee placement.

Royalties & Reporting

Is English mandatory?

Yes. Films must be in English or include a complete, professionally timed English caption file (.srt or .vtt). Submissions without English are not eligible.

Do you accept all genres?

We consider most narrative, documentary, experimental, and music-driven works, including series pilots. Illegal or extreme content will be rejected.

How long does review take?

Initial review typically takes 7–10 business days after we receive your materials and fee. If accepted, we proceed with delivery and pitching to the most suitable partners.

What does the USD 199 fee cover?

Professional evaluation, asset onboarding/QC, metadata preparation, and pitching. The fee is not a guarantee of placement and is non-refundable.

How are royalties paid?

Platforms pay on their schedules; we reconcile and issue statements quarterly. After platform deductions, you receive 80% of net royalties.

Do I keep ownership and choose territories?

Yes. You retain ownership. Territories and term are agreed case-by-case in the distribution agreement after acceptance.
