What is Big Masterz Hub?
Big Masterz Hub is a global music distribution and publishing administration platform helping artists, producers, and rights holders deliver music worldwide and collect royalties across DSPs and collection societies.
How do I start distributing my music?
Create an account, upload your audio, artwork, and metadata in the dashboard, choose your stores (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), and submit. We handle encoding and delivery.
Do I keep ownership of my music?
Yes—100% ownership always remains with you. We provide distribution and publishing administration services; we don’t acquire your master or publishing ownership.
How are royalties shared?
Artists keep 80% of all royalties. Big Masterz Hub retains 20% as a service fee for distribution and administration.
When and how do I get paid?
Royalties are processed quarterly and paid to your registered Payoneer or PayPal account. You can track statements inside your dashboard.
Which territories do you cover?
Worldwide. We deliver to global DSPs and collect royalties internationally through PROs/CMOs and neighboring-rights partners across the US, EU/UK, Africa, Asia, and LATAM.
Can I terminate my agreement?
Yes. The initial term is 3 years minimum. After that, contracts renew yearly. Termination requires a 12-month written notice per our Terms.
What royalties do you collect?
We collect streaming/download income, mechanical royalties, performance royalties, neighboring rights, sync income (when placed), and YouTube Content ID revenue where applicable.
Do you offer sync licensing?
Yes. We pitch eligible catalogs for placements in film/TV, ads, games, and online media. Final placements depend on music fit and buyer demand.
Do you register my songs with PROs and societies?
Yes. As part of publishing administration, we register works with relevant PROs/CMOs (e.g., ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA, SAMRO, etc.) and manage royalty collections on your behalf.
How do I upload correctly (formats & artwork)?
Upload WAV/FLAC (16–24-bit, 44.1–48 kHz), artwork at 3000×3000 px (JPG/PNG), and accurate metadata (artist, writers, ISRC/UPC if available). Our system validates before delivery.
What if my release is removed or flagged for copyright?
Open a support ticket with proof of rights. We investigate and, if your claim is valid, we dispute the takedown with the platform or claimant.
Do you support YouTube Content ID?
Yes. We register qualifying tracks with Content ID to detect, claim, and monetize third-party uploads using your audio on YouTube.
Can you help with TikTok verification?
Yes. We guide eligible artists through the official TikTok verification process to improve brand trust and visibility.
