Crazy Kennar shares reasons behind the closure of his Juja-based restaurant

Digital content creator Crazy Kennar has recently shared the reasons behind the closure of his Juja-based restaurant, Instant Delicacies, in 2023.

According to Kennar, one of the main challenges was unprofessionalism among some staff members.

He noted that, at times, staff would forget their roles, with waiters even treating themselves like customers, to the point of eating from the buffet.

Additionally, Kennar’s close involvement in the day-to-day operations of the business, including paying for meals as any other customer, ended up being detrimental to the restaurant’s financial health.

“I was doing this as a way to promote the business, but in hindsight, I realize it was a mistake,” he confessed.

Reflecting on the experience, Kennar emphasized the importance of respecting all business ventures, no matter how small.

“Whether you’re selling peanuts or running a restaurant, respect for the business is crucial.At first, the restaurant was profitable, but things changed,” he concluded.
