Kendrick Lamar had an unforgettable night at the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards, taking home eight awards out of his eleven nominations, solidifying his status as one of the most influential artists in the industry today.
Lamar’s sweeping victories included Hip-Hop Artist of the Year, a testament to his reign at the top of the genre.
His hit song “Not Like Us” earned him the coveted Song of the Year award, as well as Best Hip-Hop Video. Known for his intricate lyricism, Lamar was also crowned Lyricist of the Year, further cementing his legacy as a modern-day poet.
